I visited this Subway location on March 21 at around 11:00 PM after a long and stressful day at the hospital with a family member, and unfortunately the experience made things even worse.
As soon as we walked in, the girl at the register asked if we were ready to order with an attitude. We said not yet, and I then realized she was on the phone wearing large headphones, which already felt unprofessional. When we were ready, we went to the start of the line and the man preparing the bread spoke so quietly and unclearly that we could barely hear him.
Things only got worse from there. While our bread was toasting, the girl at the register took it out without changing her gloves and motioned at us with attitude to tell her what we wanted on it. In the middle of taking our order, she answered another phone call and kept saying “mmhmm” and “yeah” to the person on the phone while still trying to prepare our food. She was also moving back and forth between the register and food prep without ever changing her gloves, which felt very unsanitary and like a clear cross-contamination issue.
Throughout the interaction, both employees were difficult to understand, seemed annoyed that we were there, and acted very unprofessionally. At the end, when it was time to pay, she was passive aggressive when we asked for the total, rolled her eyes, and gave me another dirty look when I asked for the receipt. Even the man ordering after us commented that the behavior was unprofessional and that they were cross contaminating everything by not changing gloves.
I tried to stay polite the entire time, but this was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Management really needs to address the professionalism, hygiene, and customer service at this location.

I walked into the store around 3:00 am to place an order. The lady at the counter looked at me and asked if I was ordering. I replied affirmatively, and she informed me that I would have to wait for a while. She put on her headphones and continued making sandwiches. I felt frustrated and decided to leave the store. I wanted to express my disappointment that she had wasted my time and effort by not taking my order. I thought to myself, “Why not just go to wawa’s and save everyone’s time?”

The midnight shift staff at this store were extremely rude and disrespectful. One employee, a petite girl wearing white Beats headphones, was openly mocking customers. Her attitude was aggressive, and the quality of the food preparation was far below acceptable standards.
Store management should take greater care when hiring and supervising staff. Customers should be aware of the negative experience they may encounter here.

The experience at this Subway was very bad. The person who attended me seemed more interested in being on their phone than in doing their job. She provided service with a bad attitude, she responded with a rude attitude. As a customer, it’s very uncomfortable to feel like you’re bothering someone just because they want to keep using their phone. Customer service was awful and unprofessional. One expects respectful treatment and basic attention, something that clearly did not happen here. I do not recommend this place and I do not plan to return. This happened on January 31st, 2026 at approximately 1:30.

Very bad customer service. The employee was rude and treated me poorly because she wanted to be texting on her phone instead of doing her job. She had a bad attitude, did not greet me, and made me feel uncomfortable for simply placing my order. This is not the kind of service I expect from Subway. Very disappointing experience. 01-31-2026, 1:25 pm
