    Me encanta Subway; en cada país que visito siempre compro uno de sus sandwiches. Precisamente por eso, conozco sus estándares y políticas, y me sorprende que no sean consistentes entre establecimientos. En esta ocasión pedí un refill de mi bebida y me informaron que en esa ubicación no ofrecen refill, algo que no se me comunicó al momento de la compra. La empleada fue muy amable y trató de resolver la situación ofreciéndome un vaso pequeño, lo cual agradezco, pero sinceramente considero que no es la forma adecuada de manejarlo, ya que el refill suele ser parte de la experiencia que uno espera al consumir. Si Subway busca el apoyo y la lealtad de sus clientes, es fundamental mantener coherencia en la calidad del servicio, la cultura, la misión, la visión y las políticas en todas sus ubicaciones. La consistencia es clave para generar confianza. I love Subway; in every country I visit, I always make sure to get one of your sandwiches. Because of that, I’m familiar with your standards and policies, which is why it’s surprising to see inconsistencies between locations. On this visit, I asked for a refill on my drink and was told that this location does not offer refills—something that was not communicated to me at the time of purchase. The employee was very kind and tried to resolve the situation by offering me a small cup, which I appreciate, but honestly, it didn’t feel like the appropriate solution since refills are generally part of the expected customer experience. If Subway wants to maintain customer loyalty and support, it’s essential to ensure consistency in service quality, culture, mission, vision, and policies across all locations. Consistency builds trust.

    Es un restaurante de comida rápida que siempre está abierto en este punto, me encanta subway en cada país de visito siempre compro uno de sus sándwiches conozco sus políticas por eso me sorprendió la falta de consistencia en este local. Pedí un refill y me dijeron que no ofrecen, algo que no se me informó al momento de comprar. Aunque la empleada fue amable, este tipo de detalles afectan la experiencia. Sería importante mantener las mismas políticas y calidad de servicio en todas las ubicaciones para generar confianza en los clientes.

    Expensive. $15 out the door for a 6in ham and turkey on white bread. Nothing else added. Otherwise it's consistent with every other Subway. Food quality was good. Staff was nice enough.

    Worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. No one speaks English, and everyone is rude about it. The chicken stinks very badly, they don’t count your portions. You will be shorted on what you’ve paid for. They are rude and cut you off when speaking and are not helpful at all. They gave me attitude when I asked if they could get a new knife because of my allergy to avocado, I was given a deadly stare as if I was wrong for this. They go against ALL subway regulations. They don’t change their gloves, they don’t heat your food properly, they close the sandwiches with the knifes. They don’t tell you your total and they throw your food together so carelessly. Please, don’t waste your hard earned money here with these workers that have no integrity and whatsoever any respect.

    I love this place, it save me every time I go to Miami, its food and disponibility is perfect but some of your staff are terrible, bad customer service of some of them.
