  Do not patronize this subway. They are short staffed (understandable) but the older lady that works night shift is very slow, rude and speaks no English. There was two people in front of me but waited almost over 30 minutes just to take my order. Even when she had served the two customers before me, she decided to make an online order and rings someone else up who arrived at the restaurant after i did. Worst experience I’ve ever had at subway. There was no apology for the wait she was very rude and it would also help if she spoke English. She also stated she can’t split a payment (unheard of in 2026) and this is after i had to have someone translate my request to her. This subway will never see my money or my face ever again for the terrible customer service i experienced tonite. Wish i could give negative stars because I waited so long.

  Quiero destacar el excelente servicio que recibí hoy en Subway. La persona que me atendió fue muy amable, paciente y profesional. Me hizo sentir bienvenido y se aseguró de que mi orden estuviera perfecta. ¡Definitivamente regresaré gracias a su gran atención!
