  I ordered at 8pm for pick up on the app by 8:15 pm My husband & I arrived at 8:20 pm & when I told the lady at the counter that I'm picking up an order for Sasha she repeated my name several times & gave me a strange look nodding her head as if I'm foreign, an alien or wasn't speaking the English language (rude as hell) as if she doesn't have an order for me. So I said let me get my phone & show you my order is suppose to be ready at 8:15 & the other young lady standing at the register didn't even want to look at my phone & said it's okay as if she already knew about my order. Turned out they gave my order to a driver to deliver the wrong order to another customer. I was told my supreme steak foot long & 6 inch pepper chicken sandwich would be ready in 5 minutes. When we got our order it was not freshly done at all. The meat was barely hot (they put too much oil it was dripping despite me putting on the notes light oil). My husband's sub was bland, tasteless & dry. This was not the experience I wanted him to have since I had already been there one time previously & had received a fresh hot sub. Lastly, we felt awkward while eating, another lady behind the counter from us looked miserable & had staring problems. Totally different vibe that I got when I went during the day time staff. If we go to a sub place we expect to get fresh subs off the skillet specially $15 subs not a sub that you just put together to get a customer out the way cause you screwed up their order.

  Best sandwich in Miami. The line went around the whole store and everything still moved pretty quick. Super nice service too. Honey mustard chicken and cheese was a 10/10, my wife recommends the pastrami as well.
