    I ordered a family meal through the drive through the gentlemen at the window was so very nice. However my food by the time I got home which I live 7 minutes away was cold like it had been sitting out, that isn't my issue as much as the fact that my chicken had hair on it. I know this is a chain and it's not directly the stores fault as much as it is the manufacturer but employees should still check and make sure as it wasn't a little hair it was alot

    I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience at Pollo Tropical. The food aside, the biggest issue is the environment inside the restaurant. The manager whose name tag said Yoliedys is constantly yelling at employees, which creates a very uncomfortable and chaotic atmosphere for both staff and customers. On top of that, when I had an issue with my order and tried to calmly explain it, I was completely ignored. Instead of helping or trying to fix the problem, she brushed me off and never actually resolved anything. It felt very unprofessional and frustrating. It’s hard to enjoy your meal in a place where employees are being treated harshly and customers aren’t being listened to. Everyone deserves basic respect, both staff and guests. I really hope upper management looks into this and considers bringing in new leadership that can actually handle situations properly, treat employees with respect, and create a better overall experience.

    Chicken was very good but we ordered new product cheesy plaintains balls they were burnt cold horrible should not sell this product burnt !!!

    Excelente lugar. Para disfrutar en familia y sobre todo con nuestros niños ellos pueden jugar 🫶 mientras los adultos disfrutamos de una rica comida un ambiente excelente la comida. 100% recomendada yo le. Doy 10 de 10 súper recomendado, cuando quieran salir a comer con sus niños estes es el lugar👌

    Literally the most inefficient food restaurants I have ever been to in my life. In terms of speed, you would probably get through the dmv faster
