Since the new management took over, the quality of service has declined significantly. On multiple occasions—three nights in a row—I’ve visited around 11:20 PM, well before closing, only to be told there is no chicken available. This is extremely frustrating, especially for a restaurant known for its chicken. It appears that food production is being shut down too early, likely to close out the night quickly, which leaves customers without the main items they come for. As a result, I’ve had to drive 15 minutes to another location just to get what should be available until closing time. I’ve never had this issue in all the years I’ve been coming here, so it’s clear something has changed—and not for the better. I hope management addresses this, because a “Pollo” Tropical location should never consistently run out of chicken before closing.
