I appreciate what Pollo Tropical offers and stands for. I cannot stand for the inconsistency in the flavor of the chicken. I know what Pollo Tropical chicken should taste like. The most important and distinguished flavor on that chicken is the curry. It makes people say…. “WOW!! What is that?” When I go purchase what Pollo Tropical is famous and known for.. THEIR CHICKEN!!!!!! I want to ask myself again and again… “What is that?” When you spend money on advertising that is unnecessary and forget about having a strict standard on CONSISTENCY… You get reviews like this one. The unprofessional night staff that chooses to laugh on the speaker while a long time customer waits at the drive through is the same reason the management team allows the person that brines the chicken to not follow the recipe standards at Pollo Tropical that create consistency in the chicken. I suggest you stop stereotyping yourselves as you have in your newest commercials. And, focus on consistency throughout your restaurant chain. 💯
