  I want to take a moment to recognize the team at Pollo Tropical on 57 👏 Every time I visit, the service is excellent. The staff is very friendly, and the cashier — I believe her name is Linda — always greets you with a smile that truly makes a difference. On other occasions, I’ve also been helped by two blonde ladies who are consistently kind and attentive. It’s always a pleasure to come back to a place where customer service feels genuine. Congratulations to the entire team for the great work you’re doing! 🌟
