  El peor pollo tropical que existe en Miami, atención extremadamente ofendía y grosera de la señora Yadisai la señora que está despachando hoy 15 de abril 2026 color de cabello rojo, fue ofensiva y maltratadora, un personal así no puede tener contactos con clientes, iba a comer con mi espacio de brake y me tropecé con la grosería de ella. Abusadora y falta de respeto 🚨 atiendan esto porque el equipo completo ser refleja muy mal, no recomiendo ir a este pollo tropical, o que se encarga el gerente de darle un curso de recursos humanos! This is the worst Pollo Tropical in all of Miami. The service was extremely offensive and rude—specifically from Ms. Yadisai, the woman working the counter today, April 15, 2026 (the one with red hair). She was offensive and abusive; staff members like her should not be allowed to interact with customers. I went there to grab a bite during my break, only to be met with her rudeness. She was abusive and completely disrespectful. 🚨 Please address this immediately, as it reflects very poorly on the entire team. I do not recommend visiting this particular Pollo Tropical—or perhaps the manager needs to take charge and put her through a customer service training course!

  I felt hungry and I stopped to Pollo Tropical at west Broward Blvd to get a tropitrop. I didn’t open the bag when I did after I left, I found a different order in my bag. Different rice and the toppings are not fresh, bad tomatoes and onions, they charged you extra for bad onion and tomatoes! I was very disappointed and I will never get back there anymore.

  I had a really disappointing experience. The worker, Haley (with red hair), was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude made the environment uncomfortable, and it honestly made me lose my appetite. Definitely not the kind of service I expected.

  DO NOT use the pollo tropical app to place an order unless you expect to get off your car and pick it up!! They will NOT give you YOUR order that you paid for in advance through the DRIVE-THRU. I spent easily 20 minutes making the drive-thru line to then be told to go inside for my app order. DISRESPECTFUL!!!
