  I had no choice but to give them one star, but we ordered pizza 2 hours ago from the papa John’s app and my son received an alert that says the food was delivered and we checked our ring camera and nothing. We even went as far to check the neighbors house and nothing. My son called the store back and representative said they were going to wait for the driver to return because they called my son’s phone several times which was a lie. So I called and spoke to the store manager which she said she was going to refund me my money and still send the pizza and an apology. One hour later no food I had to go out and buy food. Very unprofessional!!! Yall DEFINITELY lost a customer!!

  Ordered it online and picked up in store. The pizza was hot. Well-made & appetizing !! (Tasty too later!) Clean store, and to all of you that complain about gloves I think you know the gloves hold multiple times more bacteria on them then when handling food with just clean washed hands.. the service was good ! friendly staff, you come you take your order and you go very quick and easy process . It’s clear They work hard to make your orders look beautiful like this — so be nice and tip!!
