  I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. I’ve ordered from Papa John’s Pizza multiple times, and my order is messed up almost every single time. I usually let it go, but this time I decided to call and ask for a remake. Instead of fixing the issue properly, they told me I had to bring back the incorrect pizza before they would make me a new one. Not only is that inconvenient (wasting my gas, time, and money), but they also implied they might give that returned pizza to someone else—which is honestly disgusting and completely unacceptable. On top of that, there was zero effort to compensate me or make things right, not even allowing me to keep the messed-up pizza. Terrible customer service and poor handling of a simple mistake. I won’t be ordering from here again.

  Super rude staff, ordered a pizza ahead of time but they just fired it immediately. Still showed up 30 mins late. Staff member was very rude on the phone. Just go to another location

  I walked inside. My eyes was directly to the guy who was cutting the pizza. He was chewing talking while he was cutting pizza. Also, he put his hand in his nose and didn’t wash his hands. he was looking at me cause he know he didn’t wash his hands. Also I ordered dice pepperoni. They gave me regular pepperoni pizza when I got home. I was so freaking pissed and my pizza did not have stuffed crust.

  I ordered two large pizzas, and when the delivery arrived, I immediately noticed that neither pizza box had a safety seal. I contacted the store right away and spoke with the manager. I was informed that the store had run out of seals for the pizza boxes. As a paying customer, this response was extremely concerning. Safety seals are an important part of ensuring that food has not been tampered with during preparation or delivery. Sending food out without proper safety sealing is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. Customers should never have to question whether their food has been handled appropriately before arriving at their home. Because of this experience, I have lost confidence in ordering from this location again. I strongly encourage this matter to be addressed to ensure proper safety standards are followed moving forward.
