When I called within a minute or so to correct the error, they claimed it was "too late" to correct/cancel the order and said I had to call corporate. After spending 15 minutes with corporate, corporate confirmed that only the local pizzeria has the authority to correct/cancel orders. So they led me on a wild goose chase to avoid having to correct the error. Do not order from this Papa John's.

We waited over an hour and a half to receive a very cold crappy pizza. We have screenshots and we’re willing to give them of how we placed the order and told them how their website was giving us a hard time and they said it was not their problem. We will never order from here again
