  First and last time ordering from this location. I ordered the pizza and was given this estimated time frame . While I was in the back room the driver came . I later found out that the call I received at 1:25pm was from the driver . I believe the driver called and immediately hung up because I had my phone near and it didn’t ring . The person at the location that took my call to inquire about the delivery was rude . Didn’t even give me the option to reorder nor did she explain to me how the refund process would go . She simply hung up on me right when I was going to ask the question .i didn’t get a “ will the be all ?”, “goodbye.”, “we apologize for the inconvenience.” Nothing . I didn’t bother placing a second order once I received a notification with my refund being approved I took my money else where , I trust them to remake my food without doing anything foul to it . I called customer service but I’m pretty sure the employees behavior won’t change.

  Workers did not wash hands after coming from outside and I saw multiple people touching the same pizzas without washing hands and after just taking out a garbage; part of my order smelled spoiled and after receiving poor customer service and attitude I just threw the food in the trash and went to go get my family food somewhere else.

  They stole my pizza, I came to find out where my two pizzas were and they just ignored me for over an hour. This is the worst place. Contact me and give me my money back!
