  Everything excellent, from ample parking choices, nice decor in and out, prompt and very attentive service, excellent menu choices as well as satisfying.

  Panera is my favorite place to meet with friends. Today an employee by the name of Sofia was very patient in taking my order even though there was a line after me. My preferred coffee was empty, she immediately requested it, and when it was ready she came over to let me know.

  We are here for lunch at noon on a Monday. Food was hot and fresh and served in a timely manner. The restaurant was clean and quiet. Workers were friendly. No complaints!

  I live near this establishment, and unfortunately the service is consistently unacceptable. Every time I visit, the service is extremely slow. Today, I ordered a salad and was told they did not even have arugula available, which is basic for any restaurant offering salads. Despite having many employees on staff, the service remains highly inefficient. Customer service clearly is not a priority here. The restaurant was practically empty, yet service was still slow and poorly managed. This level of disorganization and lack of attention to customers is unacceptable. Management needs to take immediate action to improve efficiency, staff training, and overall customer service.
