  I come here often only because I work around the corner & it’s the only decently priced place around here but the service is terrible, at the register they’re so unfriendly so I resorted to ordering through the app when you get there to pick up your order not a single person welcomes you in, nobody even bothers to acknowledge you, they have your order behind them but they don’t a acknowledges you standing there waiting to be helped. I get it your making sandwiches but it’s common courtesy to at least welcome your customers or ask him if they’re here to pick up an order I’ve stood there for up to 15 minutes being ignored.

  I visited the store on Apr. 11th 2026 and having visited numerous stores before, although I have always enjoyed the food and the service, today the staff were particularly helpful, friendly, professional and accomodating. Thank you for the amazing customer service.

  A simple breakfast that does the job Some mornings just call for something quick and easy. That’s how I ended up at Panera open when I needed it, which already counts for a lot. I had a seeded bagel, surprisingly close to an Andalusian mollete, filled with ham and cream cheese, plus an espresso. Nothing fancy, but exactly what I needed.

  This is the third time I order from this location for takeout and this is the third time that Uber Eats has to give me a full refund. They always gave me the wrong sandwich and did not send a soup that I ordered. I called the "manager" and she showed no remorse for the situation. If Panera cannot get a simple soup and sandwich right, they're helpless. Will not order from this location again.
