  I was going to use ChatGPT to write this review, but it’s not even worth it. Have not been to an Outback in years and today I remembered why.

  Steaks were undercooked. Potatoes were hot but undercooked. Steak sauce very runny. Service started great but had to ask 2x for silverware and butter. Then problems with the food. Not a great experience.

  I meant to leave this review yesterday so I forgot the hostess name but I came in 5 mins before close to make a to go order (sorry I normally would never) and the girl I believe her name was either Kimberly or Stephanie attended to me swiftly and politely she did not once mention the time or rush me and she had a great attitude taking me to the to go area. Erwin took my order and he was also extremely kind and welcoming. The food came out exactly how I wanted it and was fresh. I really appreciate their hospitality despite me coming in at an inconvenient time. It was my first time at this location and they made an amazing first impression. I will be back and thank you!

  We visited late in the afternoon on a weekday. We were able to order from the lunch menu, which runs, I think, until 3:30. My mom and I both ordered the steak option, which includes one side for the price of $14.99. We were both pleased with the quality and the preparation of the steak. Truly a great value given Miami restaurant prices. I ordered the steamed broccoli and side of fries with my steak, and it turned out to be a great choice. My mom also ordered a large beer for $6!! It was huge, what a great value all around. The service was also excellent.
