Complete your meal with Crema Volteada, a Peruvian flan elevated with yuzu leaf honey.
After a poor service From my family members NYE experience, we were invited back and it was the best culinary experience I’ve ever had. From the welcome to the goodbye Vasilyas, our server, and Alex, the GM, we’re super attentive and incredible. The food flavors were out of this world. I can’t wait to come back with friends and family so they can experience what we experienced. Well done!

We visited Nuna for Valentine’s Day , they were offering a $200 per person prix fixe menu, expecting an elevated, memorable dining experience. Instead, it was hands down the worst food I have ever had at a high-end restaurant in Miami.
Every single dish was a disappointment. The food tasted like it had been cooked hours earlier and left sitting under a heat lamp — lifeless, uninspired, and completely lacking the refinement you would expect at this price point and at a four seasons hotel
As we looked around the dining room, it was clear we weren’t alone. Guests were quietly pushing plates aside, leaving food untouched, or sending dishes back altogether.
Even the dessert — vanilla ice cream — was ruined. Somehow they managed to overcomplicate it by adding truffle, completely overpowering and destroying what should have been the simplest, most enjoyable part of the meal.
Service was good , food and drinks horrible
For $200 per person on Valentine’s Day in Miami, this wasn’t just disappointing — it was shocking.

We been there on NYE and it was TERRIBLE. Diatery restrictions been completely ignored. glasses been chipped and dirty. Of a 8 course pre fix menue for 250 usd p.P. only 5 couses in 3 1/2 h came. Our waitress was no where to be seen for pro longed period of time and we needed to place drinking orders with bussers. Not to forget on top of all the misery a mandatory 20% tip & tax.

We had dinner at Nuna yesterday with two other couples. It was perfection. I have not been that impressed with a restaurant in a while.
We loved everything we tried. The most spectacular dish was the branzino, it was just amazing.
The service and attention was also top notch since the moment we checked-in with the host. Everybody was very attentive and caring. Special mention to a lady, she was not even our server, but she was so kind and seemed genuine a couple of times we interacted with her. Unfortunately I didn't understand when she told me her name, something like Welly or something like. She took some pictures for us just outside the restaurant.
There is a some room for improvement I would say in the wine prices. They are too high. They should offer some more reasonably priced ones.

The Peruvian-Japanese fusion is on point. I’m Peruvian, and I can honestly say the flavors are next level.
The service is 10/10—super friendly and attentive. The wagyu dumplings were incredible, the skewers were delicious, and the rolls did not disappoint at all. I highly recommend this place 😍
