  While I typically do not frequent fast food chains, I seldom have a poor experience with staff. This particular location however, has the absolute worst customer service I have ever received from any venue. They lady at the window practically threw the bag of food into my window and proceeded to slam the window shut before I could finish asking for a sauce they forgot. That followed by her berating me as if I made mistake by asking for a sauce when she slammed the window shut before. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

  Took 45 minutes for two sandwiches I ordered curbside, never came outside except once for another car telling me to wait for my food. Took even longer just for me to go inside and everyone be mad at me because they forgot about my food twice. Horrible staff!!!!

  I went through drive-through and I was finishing my drink and I wanted something else to drink a refill inside. The drive-through line was crowded manager came up to me and called me, sweetie rude unprofessional and told me that they don’t give out refills because people to drive-through don’t come back and only get refills people who die in who don’t leave. I said when they start this because if I’m sitting in my car if you’re crowded, why wanna be around people that’s around my food And then she keep calling me, sweetie and hon I’m not your honey. I’m not your husband not your son and don’t call me out of my sexual preference either because I never told her what I am and she thinking of calling me gay or something, but this is supposed to be a manager

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. The manager, Cedric, demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and integrity in how the situation was handled. The interaction felt dismissive and poorly managed, which is unacceptable in a customer-facing environment.This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and reflects a serious gap in leadership and customer service standards.

  They charger me and after thy charged me the said the system it’s down i did a mobile order this people are just lazy to work you are selling 24 hours service and the you charge for items dont deliver and the lady said she does not want to cancell the order. Charged me gave me no food and no reimbursement never come here i advise you all
