  I want to sincerely apologize to the staff for my inappropriate behavior toward the manager. I now realize my actions were unprofessional and disrespectful. While I don’t wish to dwell on the past, I fully acknowledge that my attitude and conduct were unacceptable. I truly regret how my words came across, as I never intended to cause offense or distress. I have great respect for this establishment, and the staff has always shown exceptional kindness and professionalism. Everyone can have a rough day, but that’s no excuse for my actions. I take full responsibility and apologize once again, especially to the manager, who was only trying to help me. I had a bad morning and unfairly took it out on her, which was completely wrong of me.

  A grumpy old man started to scream at a 10 year old boy because he opened the door for someone that wanted to get in. The boy didn’t know the store was closed and that old guy was either a worker there, a manager just sitting in the store (which I doubt) or a crazy person. But very rude and the workers there didn't do anything about it. They seemed to know him. Extremely uncomfortable. I will definitely not go back there.

  We came for a coffee at 4:00 AM (03/07/2026) because we were on our way to Orlando, and they told us it was closed even though it’s supposed to be open 24 hours. These employees do whatever they want with the schedule.
