The manager was dismissive and stated that only one free refill was allowed, which contradicts McDonald’s typical dine-in refill policy unless clearly posted otherwise. The interaction felt rude and unprofessional. I try to be empathetic to service workers, but this experience was unnecessarily unpleasant and discourages me from returning. I’m requesting follow-up and clarification of store policy and customer service expectations.
