  I went through the drive-thru and ordered a combo. Everything went great until it was time to get the food and apparently they had to put something else in the fryer meanwhile the people behind me were getting very impatient and beeping on their horn. And I finally had to stick my head out the window to see what was going on when the lady came over she told me it was going to be a couple more minutes. And it was I think I waited almost 5 minutes sitting at the window. This was not a model of efficiency but the food was correct and it was good. This is Miami I'm glad the people behind me didn't pull out a gun and start shooting at me because they had to be wondering what was going on.

  This location is always dirty this shows alot about management & service 🙄, so you be the judge on your next visit, because I had already not interested on coming back

  Manager is incompetent and useless. Wouldn’t give me a refill because I ordered through the drive thru. I even went inside to get a refill and showed her my receipt from 10 minutes prior. Completely obtuse.

  Often stop at this location for breakfast and it never disappoints. Everything always fresh and extra hot.

  I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this McDonald’s location. While placing my order at the drive-thru, I asked for a medium hot caramel macchiato and a sausage egg McGriddle—something I order regularly at other locations without any issues. As I began ordering, the employees started laughing, and I was repeatedly asked if I wanted my drink iced, even after clearly stating multiple times that I wanted it hot. The laughter continued, which made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. When I got to the window, I spoke to a person who identified herself as the store manager. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, she continued laughing while I was trying to explain how the situation made me feel. She claimed they were laughing because they knew I spoke Spanish and suggested speaking to me in Spanish, but that does not justify the behavior. I was speaking in English because that’s how I was addressed, and regardless, no customer should be treated this way. To make matters worse, when I tried to document the situation, the manager told me I had to delete the photo, which felt intimidating and unprofessional. This experience made me feel disrespected as a customer. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training on customer service and respect.
