  The place was very nice—and, above all, clean. The cleaning staff always kept the area spotless; specifically during the late afternoon/evening shift, it was extremely clean and organized. The only unpleasant thing I witnessed was the way a manager treated one of the female staff members: he spoke to her very rudely, in a harsh manner, completely unprofessionally, and with a severe lack of manners. And as if that weren't enough, while I was eating, he treated a customer so poorly that the police actually had to be called in. That manager needs to learn some basic manners first, and *then* learn how to work with the public; he possesses absolutely no tact or kindness in his interactions—neither with his own staff nor with the customers.

  Spend $6 for a latte get a $0.99 cent ice coffee with 0 sugar cuz staff doesn't know how to make a latte

  The service was awful. I ordered a macchiato and they told me they couldn't make it because they were cleaning the machine. They didn't offer me anything else, nothing at all. They just canceled the order, and I left without being able to cancel because supposedly they were already processing it. I honestly don't know if it's a coincidence, but these McDonald's on US1 are always cleaning the machine, whether you go at midnight, 1:30 a.m., or 2:00 a.m.
