  I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. The manager on duty (oscar) was extremely unprofessional and didn’t handle the situation appropriately. Instead of helping resolve an issue with my order, they were dismissive and didn’t seem to know how to properly manage the situation. When someone in a management position acts this way, it reflects poorly on the entire restaurant. Customer service should be respectful and organized, especially from a manager. I hope the store works on better training and accountability so other customers don’t have the same experience. Thank you oscar for being so unprofessional.

  would avoid this McDonald’s and go to another nearby location. There’s almost always a line, mobile orders often come with missing items, and they don’t have a way refunding a mobile order unless you Come in. It’s just not worth the hassle. The food is mediocre at best.

  This McDonalds has the worst customer service. You get off to get your food for mobile order and not one person at the counter to get your order. If some one looks your way no acknowledgment. Terrible service.
