- ADAnia Diaz4 days ago1.0I ordered ahead using the app and went through the drive-thru. They told me to park in spot #1 and said it would be "a minute." I waited 20 minutes, and they completely forgot about me. I had to get out of my car, walk inside, and ask for my order. They were confused and didn’t even realize. After another 5 minutes inside, they finally gave me my food—but it wasn’t even hot anymore. Very disappointed.
- YNYisha Ng5 days ago1.0Sunday 4/5, went through the drive thru. Waited 33 minutes to get our food. When we finally got our food, it was missing items. When I asked for a refund on the missing items, the manager said all he could do was give me “a free 10 piece chicken nuggets next time you come back.” We don’t live in the area, and will never be back. He could not or would not give us a refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor, he took down my name and phone number and said his supervisor would be in contact on Sunday or Monday. I never heard back, so now I’m leaving this review. The huge delay on our order made us late for a reservation, which cost us money. This McDonald’s wouldn’t even refund me the cost of items I paid for and didn’t receive. See attached photos for documentation. Before the owner replies telling me to submit feedback to the corporate site, I already did.

Who taught her to hand customers their food like that? Not the point but i ordered a PLAIN McChicken sandwich but it wasn’t even plain and I had to go back just to complain. Not to mention how salty the fries are. But like do better.
