  I asked for a off the fryer large fries and a Sprite and I got fries that were made earlier

  Ordered a meal off the McDonald’s app for curbside pickup, when I got to the restaurant the app glitched and didn’t let me choose a cusbside spot and told me to go inside. I went inside and told person working the front register that I had an online order that glitched and then gave the order number. He said “yea it’ll be out”. 20min later, no food. I asked one of the ladies to check my order number and at first she was acting rude and had an attitude because I stopped her to ask for my order. My order had been sitting there when she checked and then she tried to explain to me what the issue was. I then told her I understand but I told the front cashier my order number >15min ago so that’s not the case. When I pointed out the guy, she started apologizing. Too late after the rude behavior. And worst of all my food is >20mim cold. Time wasted, money spent on cold food, and treated poorly. 0/10 experience

  This particular store is probably the worst run McDonald’s in the history of all McDonalds. There is always issues. They run out of basic stuff. Their service sucks and they frequently get your orders wrong. The icing on the cake is that last time they gave a double cheeseburger without the patties. I will try my hardest to never set foot in that store again. They should sell it to someone that can manage properly
