- FFFreddy5 days ago2.030+ year customer here and the customer service is getting worse. The employees seem indifferent, and the manager appears even less concerned about providing customers with a positive experience. McDonald’s service continues to decline while the prices keep going up. Their refill policy is also completely absurd. You truly can’t make this stuff up. So unprofessional all around.

When I asked about it, the cashier in training was polite, but another employee named Victoria responded very rudely, raised her voice, and made faces while insisting it was the correct size. I asked for a manager, but instead of apologizing, they refilled the same cup and reused the same lid after it had already been handled multiple times. That felt very unhygienic, so I chose not to drink it. I come to this McDonald’s often, but this was a very disappointing experience. The trainee cashier was the only one who was respectful.
