  Visited lunchtime and this was a busy well run bar with a good vibe, great drinks, good service and the food was great too! Really exceeded our expectations! Our server Krystal was great. The wait for a table was quoted as 20 mins but waited less than 15 mins. The food came out fast and was great too, fresh , delicious and plentiful! The service was friendly and attentive. The onsite shop sells some fun gift ideas too.

  Terrible customer service!!! We walked in at 10:10pm and the red closes at 11. After they sat us, the waitress came over with a major attitude and asked us who sat us there. We replied with the hostess. She immediately went over and started complaining to other staff members. She then came over and asked us to leave because the kitchen was supposedly closed. This was at 10:20pm. There were still plenty of tables with other patrons who had not received their food yet. Definitely never going back!!!

  If you are thinking of going here, don't. Firstly our drinks were served in plastic glasses, even the cocktail and they gave us plastic forks for the food. It took ages for the cocktail and food to appear even though they weren't busy. Then when it arrived half of it was cold. We complained about this and it then took so long for the cold food to be replaced that the rest of our group had finished by the time it came out. When it came to pay the bill the waitress offered to knock something off. The result was she knocked 10% off then added 20% on for service! When I asked her to knock the service charge off she did so with a real attitude. They then added a fee on for paying by card saying that is normal in the US. This is the first restaurant we've been in that charges for card payments. Avoid this place unless you like cold food, bad service and extra fees all served with an attitude.

  Seated outside by hostess and forgotten. We had to ask hostess for someone to take our order. Almy came and we placed our order. 25 minutes later we got our water not our drink order. After 45 minutes we found the male manager to get our drink order. Another 15 minutes our drink order arrived wrong and food was right behind with dirty plates. Balmy never returned, we had to ask bartender for other drinks and our tab. New female manager showed up and quickly settled our tab- like it was hurry and go. We were forced to pay 18 percent gratuity because we are in Miami. Service was lousy, management response was lousy. Don’t eat there

  Absolutely disappointing experience. I sat at the bar where my bartender Gelissa “promised” her drinks were “worth it” & she indicated that she’ll give me a heavy poor. I had ordered a double. The only thing she served me was a handful of disappointment. My drink didn’t taste like alcohol at all. Just a heads up Gelissa that drink did not “creep up on me”. Thank you for wasting my money & time. Im not even gonna start on how she had me waiting 30 mins to take my order
