  We order online every few months, whenever an advertisement for a favorite catches us. When we're assigned this location, we have LITERALLY NEVER gotten exactly what we ordered. There are always unwanted substitutions, with no call or notation on the receipt - it just shows up somewhat wrong each and every time. Last time, I submitted feedback because their substitutions were so incredibly bad - we never heard a word back. This time, they shorted us a whole dozen. The contact number through the website still goes to a local number with a full mailbox. The local number still just rings forever and then hangs up. We know from last time that the online feedback does nothing. I'm not sure why they're so responsive here on Google and completely incompetent both in person and online, but I guess it's worth a shot - honestly, it's probably time for us to just give up. If we never actually get the specialty stuff we're lured by, why keep trying? We're *driving* to the store for the refund we can't request online because all of their other avenues are unresponsive.

  The staff at this store were incredibly attentive and had such a great attitude. They made me leave with a smile because of their service and the delicious taste of my favorite donuts. Please give them a raise! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🙏

  It’s been a long time since I’ve treated myself to KK. I grew up remembering when they were a small local donut shop and now they’re franchised all over. The taste of the hot glazed donut coming off of the conveyor belt and biting into a soft hot sugary doughnut will forever be seared in my happy memories. This location was clean and efficient. The staff was friendly with helping us place our order. They added some new flavors too. However, the donuts are not as good as I remembered. Could they have changed the recipe? The donuts did not taste fresh. It had a weird aftertaste, waxy, oily, lesser quality, mass produced product. Unfortunately didn’t live up to my expectations.

  I bought 2 donuts and got 1 free with a deal around my birthday. Thanks Krispy Kreme, you’re one of the best ! (I like the cheesecake donuts especially the NY cheesecake lol)

  Honestly five stars without even thinking about it because every time I come here it just feels right and I don’t have to second guess anything it’s one of those things you just know is good and you keep going back and back again because why not and I really recommend it to anyone around here since it’s just the kind of spot that never disappoints Living in South Florida you get used to seeing a lot of different places but this one just sticks with me and it’s almost like a routine now and I can say it’s my favorite place around without a doubt because it’s consistent and it feels like part of my everyday life and I always tell my friends if they want something reliable this is where they should go and honestly I don’t even bother trying anything else anymore Five stars all the way because it’s simple it’s easy and it works for me every time and I couldn’t ask for more than that and I’m glad I found it here in South Florida where things can be hit or miss sometimes but this one is definitely a hit and I’ll keep coming back no matter what because it just makes sense and it’s always worth it every single time
