  Y enter there was NO ONE to serve...one table that it seems be family of the owner told me "they are at the kitchen and pointed the curtains to the kitchen...I waited 10 minutes nothing what am I supposed to do go and check for some one? I left and I doubt I'll ever come back or order online 🤷🏻‍♀️

  I’m so Happy I finally got to try this spot in Miami, I went in for my first time today and the lady was super nice and even let me get samples of the chicken, and boy this spot did not disappoint <3 Food is fresh and delicious <3

  I’ve been to Jrk Restaurant about four times, and my experience has gone from average to completely unacceptable. During one visit, my sunglasses went missing, and based on the situation, it’s very clear they were taken by someone on staff. I called the same day to informed them that I had left my Oakley prescription sunglasses and the person that answered the phone acknowledged that they were there. The next day that I went to pick up, sunglasses couldn't be found. I gave this place multiple chances before saying anything, but after my fourth visit I spoke directly with one of the owners. He said he would follow up—and never did. No call, no resolution, nothing. The food is just okay, but the management is terrible. There’s zero accountability, and they clearly don’t take customer concerns seriously. Having staff that steal from customers and management that ignores it is a huge red flag. I will never step foot in this place again, and I’ll be telling others to stay away as well. If you value your belongings, think twice before coming here.

  As much as I try to love this place but every time I go, it’s been terrible service and the workers extremely give off an attitude that they don’t want to be there. Not just once or twice, every time I go there. The last time I went, one worker told me they still wraps but only if they’re stock. He checked the stocking area below the counter and they had wraps. I came back 15 mins later and a different employee lied saying they didn’t (even though it was obvious that there was after she checked the same area the last worker did). What made it even worse was that manager on her laptop at the counter saw and overheard everything, but just stayed quiet.

  SOOOOO GOOD!!! I got the jerk chicken bowl with broccoli, Yuca sticks, plantains, and curry chickpeas and it was so much better than I expected! It is spicy (of course because it is jerk chicken after all), but everything was so flavorful. The pineapple maple plantains were such a nice contrast to the perfectly cooked juicy (semi-spicy) chicken. And the chickpeas were wonderful and I loved that they came with peppers. And their special ranch sauce is really good!! For a meal in the “bowl” style it was amazing, 10/10, and unlike any ordinary (boring, unflavourful) bowl you can get from anywhere else. But to get what I got you must be able to handle your spice a bit. I got take out and it was still perfect.
