  La comida excelente, y no tuve que esperar, pero el servicio deja mucho que decir, el personal es muy poco amable, tienen mala actitud de servicio, solo deberían mejorar esa parte y sería perfecto.

  Not fast delivery. For some reason, they rely on Uber and it takes forever the other day I waited 30min today I’m gonna wait 30mins again to get my food. when they have an employee on staff doing deliveries They get here in under 10 minutes. It’s mind blowing it really is please figure out a full-time employee for deliveries.

  I placed an order at this Store through the official mobile application. The Store manager said they had no record of my order, and said I must have ordered through Door Dash. When I showed the Official Jimmy John’s app order number, and he refused to provide service to me, refused to provide his name and refused to give me contact information to complain. I recommend firing this manager immediately. I have otherwise had a solid experience at this location, but have never seen this particular manager before. Unfortunately since the store manager did not issue me a refund or provide me a sandwich I fear I have to waste my time with a credit card dispute.
