  Such nice employees! Went again and they were very kind to my sister and I (even gave a cup of water for our dog)

  I hate to give bad reviews but today we had a very bad experience at this location. We bought a dulce de leche shake that tasted like whole milk only. The lady that made them did not even put the caramel syrup on top. When I asked her if she can re-make it, she was very rude and unprofessional, she even asked me to stop talking. She spoke in a dismissive tone, did not listen to my concerns, and made me feel uncomfortable. The other attendant that was there was very kind to make the shake again for me. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but customer service should remain respectful at all times. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure a better experience for others in the future. This happened today March 29th around 5.50 PM.

  I went in the shop to get some ice cream for my family. as we’re waiting, everyone is in the back and I see smoke from two employees, one is a girl with long hair and the other one a boy with curly hair. They were all arguing about who is going to take our order and in the end Katherinne took our order. Super great employee, but the other two were actually smoking in the back and they thought I didn’t see them. You need better employees like Katherinne, that actually care about customers.

  On Saturday I went to Häagen-Dazs with my family to get a milkshake and an ice cream excited to eat a nice treat, and the experience was honestly very disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the service felt rushed and almost impatient, even though there wasn’t a single person waiting in line behind us. We didn’t even get the chance to look at all the flavors because one of the men staff members kept pushing us to order quickly, which completely took away the fun of choosing what we wanted. I ordered a strawberry milkshake expecting something rich and creamy, but it tasted oddly watered down, more like strawberry mixed with water than an actual milkshake. It was surprising and frustrating considering the brand’s reputation. We left feeling let down because what should have been a simple, enjoyable family treat turned into an uncomfortable and disappointing experience.
