The food is always fresh, the burgers are delicious, and the fries are amazing, plus they give you a lot of them! You definitely get great value for what you pay. The customer service is also excellent. The staff is friendly, fast, and makes the whole experience enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great place if you want a quality burger, great service, and plenty of fries.

When I went to pay, the young man flipped me the bird, just because I asked him to repeat what I had ordered, I was shocked when this happened!!. When one of my relatives received their burger, the bun was on backwards, all my food was prepared by the same guy that took my order. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone while he's still working there. No one, absolutely no one, deserves to be treated like that. When I paid, I left a tip for the rest of the staff. I love Five Guys, but with this kind of staff, I'd rather not return.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
