I approached the counter today to pick up my order, and even though the restaurant wasn't busy, the three employees upfront completely ignored me. They were busy chatting among themselves, and even though they saw me and made direct eye contact, they avoided serving me. After several minutes of waiting, when I tried to identify my order, one of them approached me with a bad attitude and told me to wait. This lack of attention and the rude behavior from the staff are unacceptable, especially in a customer service environment. It causes unnecessary delays and shows a complete lack of respect for people like me who work with tight schedules.
