  I went by the drive thru and place my order for a Salad, 4 Chicken Tender meals, a Large Chili. Well the order was paid they gave me the salad, drinks and three out of four boxes for the chicken tenders. So I was missing all my fries and a box of chicken tenders. I decided to go inside because the dressing I ask for prior was the wrong one they gave me. I told the lady that to please give me ranch dressing and that they also gave me part of my order. She said she would give it to me ASAP. So I am standing there with my husband waiting for almost 10 min and they are giving people that came after me food and they were given chicken tenders as well. We saw one person taking the orders and preparing the drinks, the other was a lady frying all the food and there is another lady and guy just standing there not doing anything just talking. If you see your coworker struggling with getting food out the door step in and help. When we finally got the rest of our order. We saw the line and there was about 6 cars waiting in line. Wendy's should step up and train your worker's that when the line is backup to step in and help. If you want to sit and wait and then get half of your food and then wait 10 more min or more to get the other half be free to go but I will not go until they make changes.

  AWFULLLLLLL SERVICE!!!!! first of all whoever the young man taking our order in the drive thru was needs to slow down. Idc how busy you are, and mind you there was wasn't many cars in the drive thru. He cut me off every sentence to tell me to pull forward..... mind you I am halfway through my order. I asked him to repeat it multiple times back to me and he didn't even specify my customizations. It's really not that hard to do such a simple task. I'm just upset because after all that, the order was still wrong.... and also we got 1 sauce for everything we ordered.. Do not go to this location until the employees can be trained appropriately.

  Customer Service is amazing. Jason was awesome at the drive-through. Outstanding food was perfect. I will be back. Make sure y’all pull up. !!
