I asked for syrup she then said I had to pay for syrup. It’s breakfast why should I be paying for syrup. So ketchup is the only thing that’s free. I ordered breakfast I cannot eat my breakfast without any jelly or syrup so I asked for my money back and she started cursing using profanity. SMH

All they care about is drive thru and then when you get mad and say something people have an attitude. If you have someone at the front register to take orders then there wouldn't be a problem.

- IOindhira osorioSep 5, 20251.0Today I placed an order to pick up at the drive-thru, the older lady who served me at the second window made me go back to the first one, when they never deliver pick-ups there, I waited a few minutes and she called me from the second window again to come by there, it was a total mockery of me, she didn't put out napkins, the fries were reheated and all spilled inside the bag, you guys should think about how to improve customer service, first time this has happened to me at this Wendy's location
