    UNRELIABLE at 5:30AM February 27, 2026. It smells like Marijuana by the drive-thru window. Nobody responded me in the drive-thru when I came to pick up my mobile order. I canceled the order!! Unacceptable! What a waste of time. I called and nobody answered the phone even tho there’s an employee in the dining room. At 5:38 AM, an employee ARGUED with me and was extremely rude! Please play back your drive-thru speaker footage to hear your employee’s mouth. Google says you open at 5AM, but the employee said that I was “wrong” and that they opened at 5:30am. If that’s the case, then they need to update their hours on Google! The to-go order wasn’t even ready , so I canceled TWO orders! WASTING MY TIME Edit 2 weeks later: I came to pick up my mobile order and the employee responded to me “that’s for you?!” With a rude facial expression. Why does it matter who the order is for? I’ve come to pick it up and I have my receipt of payment. WEIRD & unprofessional.

    Just payed 18 dollars for the wrong order tired just tired drove all the way home for the wrong order workers were rude asked me for extra money for sauce that comes with my meal but ofcourse that was because they got it wrong how was a bigger bag 18 dollars and of course they can’t give me my money back because my recipt was online so dumb don’t come here rude workers

    The service was so slow. I was the only one there. They made me back up from the window for a while and then signaled to move forward... 🤦‍♀️... took forever for food and never got it right. Even missing forks. Total disaster the service.

    The food was good and fresh the only thing was I asked for cheese fries, I did not get. The service is ok not rude but also not friendly.
