I canceled the order!! Unacceptable! What a waste of time. I called and nobody answered the phone even tho there’s an employee in the dining room. At 5:38 AM, an employee ARGUED with me and was extremely rude! Please play back your drive-thru speaker footage to hear your employee’s mouth. Google says you open at 5AM, but the employee said that I was “wrong” and that they opened at 5:30am. If that’s the case, then they need to update their hours on Google! The to-go order wasn’t even ready , so I canceled TWO orders! WASTING MY TIME Edit 2 weeks later: I came to pick up my mobile order and the employee responded to me “that’s for you?!” With a rude facial expression. Why does it matter who the order is for? I’ve come to pick it up and I have my receipt of payment. WEIRD & unprofessional.
