Even fully staffed, the employees move with zero urgency — it takes over 10 minutes just to place an order and another 20+ minutes to actually get your food. The drive-thru times might look good, but the inside wait is ridiculous. On top of that, the staff’s attitudes are consistently nasty, and their tone makes it seem like you’re inconveniencing them by ordering. If you’re expecting quick service or basic courtesy, don’t bother.

My app orders are accurate 95% of the time. When I order through GrubHub, it's a different story but it's GrubHub app. The food taste good. The breakfast is delicious. The Miami language barrier is zero because the staff speaks English. They gave British tourists 5 star customer service. Order through the app and you'll be okay.
