    I rarely leave negative reviews, but the way I was treated tonight warrants sharing my experience. On December 9th around 8:00 PM, I interacted with the woman working the cash register who identified herself as the manager, though she was not wearing a name tag. I politely asked to use the restroom because my 4-year-old son urgently needed to go. Instead of responding professionally, she began yelling at me and accused me of not greeting her because of the color of her skin, which is completely false and deeply upsetting. I would never behave that way. The situation escalated to the point where I felt uncomfortable and chose to leave, even though my son was looking forward to getting a Frosty. I did not want my child exposed to that kind of confrontation or treatment. Unfortunately, this interaction cost the business a customer. No one should be spoken to or accused in that manner, especially in front of a child. I hope management addresses this so future customers don’t have a similar experience.

    Just placed, in order for it picked up, it's saturday. The two burgers I ordered were completely incorrect and cold as if they were cooked hours ago.

    Straight disrespectful the manager that served me tonight on top of waiting 15 min for my food in the drive-through. I was told to pull up 15 minutes later I pull back the manager on duty open the window with a straight attitude and tells me that I have to wait and slams the window. Now when the manager approaches my car to give me my food, he throws my food in the window and when I confronted him about what was the attitude for he told me that he was not having an attitude when clearly he was giving me an attitude out I give a zero star for this Wendy straight garbage.
