One of those items we requested no man isn't ketchup on a sandwich. Before we left, we checked the sandwich. They made it with mayonnaise and ketchup. I took my receipt up to the register and said it was made incorrectly. The guy who took our order did not put the special request in. Then the shift manager was not going to replace the sandwich because we did not make the request upon ordering. However, we did! Then the guy at the register kept saying he didn't remember. There was only one other person in line behind us. The restaurant was not busy! I asked him why he was lying then he proceeded to tell me you got your sandwich and that I should leave. I've never been treated this way. The store manager needs to review their front counter camera!!!!!
