  Seemed like a great place to come chill while I wait for my flight…. But Denise was not very welcoming and telling us that we can’t be here to relax even tho we came for some drinks and appetizers. It was probably 2 other groups there and we were just chilling she demanded I ordered food then yelled at my girlfriend for not ordering any food even though we came together. It seems like she only talked to us with that sort of attitude I will never come back to Viena Rooftop bar after seeing how you guys treat your customers very disrespectfully.

  Walked in while waiting a few hours for my flight, I asked Denise the bartender/waitress to put on a game and she said a few times she would never happened after asking multiple times Also never got asked if I wanted any food or anything. Probably one of the worst customer service experience I ever had. About 4 groups were up here too so she wasn’t super busy just attitude for a few hours and no help! Needs some new training!

  We ordered the Caesar salad and it consisted of brown old lettuce With a slate dusting of grated cheese. We also ordered the seafood platter, and the shrimp was burned, although the the battered fish was well done. Perhaps we just expected too much. The service was less than friendly. Just Cool and distant, leaving our finished plates on the table while we were still eating instead of clearing them. All in all not great.

  We got into Miami international late at night and were staying in at the hotel for the night. We walked past a couple of restaurants in the airport unfortunately and ate at Viena. The interior of the restaurant is completely soulless, but sadly, it gets worse from there. We were a group of three. Our waiter was the worst server we have encountered in a very long time, years probably. It was tough to get an order in with him, and one time he walked away when we were in the middle of a simple drink order. They were out of several menu items. We got a couple of appetizers, and we were served stale, broken chips. The drinks were weak and poorly made. I thought I was being generous by leaving a 10% tip on the overpriced food. The menu said that 18% is suggested. When the bill came, I paid in cash with the tip, and we left. The waiter chased us down into the elevator and was screaming at us that he needs a bigger tip. Such a truly horrific experience. The two women in our group naturally were very uneasy. Looking online, it appears that now the 18% tip is mandatory. Our bill very clearly said it was suggested. The waiter did not dispute that, but he said that he expected more than 18% because apparently that is the norm for him. Seems doubtful.

  A nice view of the coming and going of airplanes, but very cold in the restaurant . Sat at the bar, it appeared as the bar tender was the only one there working. It seemed work was the last place she wanted to be, and she had the worst attitude. There was 2 in our party, and a total of 5 people in the restaurant. We ordered a glass of wine and a beer. She plopped down the bottled beer so hard, I thought it was going to break. The wine, worst poor and filthy glass. We drank quickly and headed downstairs to Margaritaville and was welcomed by the bartender with a big smile. Stressfully day of traveling and not how we wanted to relax before staying at the airport hotel.
