  Great music & view, and yet quiet enough to be relaxing. Server arrived within 5 min, food arrived in 16 min. Excellent fries, hot and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The chicken club was hot even after I had eaten half of the substantial amount of fries. I had asked for extra crispy bacon and they delivered. First time here even though I have stayed at the hotel multiple times since I come to Miami frequently. Will definitely come back.

  I went for a casual lunch to burn time before boarding an international flight. Denise was my server and was beyond awesome. Had it not been for her I would not have bothered to leave a well deserved four star review which was the food issue and NOT a service issue. I ordered the chicken parmesan and it was nothing special. My gut feeling is it was a breaded frozen chicken breast cooked in a frier and served over pasta. Average Sysco/Sams Club type chicken cooked following the instructions on the packaging. Not an original chef recipe. Filling but "average" on all accounts. GREAT SERVICE THOUGH! And a great atmosphere for a beverage and food without the airport bustle.

  The server was excellent—very attentive and detail-oriented. She made sure my steak was cooked exactly as requested and checked in to ensure everything was perfect. Her attitude was warm, professional, and welcoming, which made the dining experience even better.

  Very poor experience. The restaurant was understaffed, too cold and we waited more than 50 minutes for our food to come. We would have been better off eating in the airport terminal. The people on staff said it wasn’t their problem. Steer clear of Viena when you are in transit.

  DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! We were staying at the airport hotel on a layover and wanted to avoid fast food in the terminal for dinner. So we went to the restaurant in the hotel... BIG MISTAKE. We walked in on a Friday night to see it was mostly empty but also only 2 servers for the whole place? Service was brutally slow despite our orders being so simple... sandwiches, salads and pizzas. How do you have no staff on a Friday night when the airport is THIS busy? Extremely poor planning. We ordered a chicken Ceasar salad and the chicken was burnt and rubbery. We asked for tea and they "didn't have hot water." Uhhh... what? You can't boil water? That gives you an idea about their kitchen competency. There were 6 of us and not one of us had a meal we liked. They claim to have "wood fire oven pizza" but the oven was off and you instead got some reheated frozen pizza slop for over $20 USD. This place is a complete joke. Don't waste your time or money. Go to the terminal and find something else... it'll save you so much stress
