We came to Palm Bay Harbor Steak House hoping to enjoy a high-quality lobster dinner, which is not easy to find in Miami. The restaurant advertises itself as an upscale, old-fashioned place, but the reality was the opposite. • Caesar salad arrived ice-cold, clearly straight from the fridge — unacceptable for a place in this price range. • Lobster Bisque was extremely oversalted to the point of being unpleasant. • Our 4 lb lobster was a complete disaster — rubbery, overcooked, and nearly impossible to chew. And this was a $200 item. • The entire bill came to $300 before tip, and not a single dish matched the quality or price. I also noted in the reservation that we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. Not a single word from the waiter — no acknowledgment, no complimentary small dessert, nothing. Service felt indifferent at best, borderline rude. For a restaurant that markets itself as an upscale dining experience, this was a huge letdown. We left disappointed, and sadly, won’t be returning.
