  I had an incredible experience at Talkin’ Tacos in Brickell, thanks to our server, Milagros. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, attentive, and truly committed to making sure we had a great visit. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she checked in on us regularly without ever feeling intrusive. Milagros brought great energy to the table, and it genuinely felt like she cared about our experience. The food was delicious as always, but her hospitality made the visit stand out even more. If you’re visiting Talkin’ Tacos Brickell, I highly recommend asking for Milagros. She elevates the whole dining experience with her professionalism and outstanding service.

  We ate at Walk-in Tacos tonight in Miami and met Walter. He was great! We are visiting Miami from Arkansas and made a friend in Walter. He is definitely the face of walkin tacos. They were super busy, but he made sure we were taken care of and had everything that we needed, and we were a big party of 10. 10/10 recommend this place and meeting our friend Walter, he’s a gem!!!

  We absolutely loved the customer service from the time we walked through the doors. Everyone was so friendly and by it being our first time, Walter walked us through how to order. He suggested the bang bang shrimp tacos and the beef nachos. I wish my husband would have given me time to take a picture of his tacos but I guess that’s just how good they were. To add to that, my nachos were SUPERB!!!! I got them without the taki dust and my sister got everything on hers. They were actually amazing either way. We went to give a big ups to Walter for helping us as well as suggesting great dishes🥰! We will definitely be back at least 3 times before we go back home😂. Oh and the blue strawberry lemonade put the cherry on top!

  The food at Talking Tacos Brickell is always great — no complaints there. Unfortunately, the customer service on this visit was awful and completely ruined the experience. My order took much longer than usual, and when my food was finally brought out, I mentioned that I was also missing a drink. The staff member told me it was already in the bag, so I trusted her and left. Once I got to the parking garage, I saw I had three missed calls from the restaurant — they had given me the wrong bag, which didn’t have my drink and contained someone else’s food. When I went back, no one took accountability. Each employee blamed someone else, saying it wasn’t their job to check the order. I asked to speak with a manager, but was told the manager doesn’t speak English. I asked for a refund or even a gift card, but was told neither was possible. Instead, someone oddly offered to Zelle me money, which felt very unprofessional for a business. The whole situation was handled poorly from start to finish. It’s a shame because the food is great, but after this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.

  In town for my birthday and decided to stop by since I enjoyed it so much in June, the employees were too busy buying stolen merch from a booster to pay attention to my order, after 30 minutes I went up and checked on my order and was told it was not ready which I’m not surprised considering I watched 3 employees rummage through boosted Victoria Secret merch. I ordered a Cali burrito and when it finally came out 30 minutes later it was half assed, half of the ingredients had been left off and when I brought it to their attention they were slow to fix the issue. If I’m going to pay $20 for a burrito I want to at the very least GET IT AS IT COMES!!!! I didn’t ask for extra nothing, didn’t remove anything just wanted it exactly as it comes. So here I am nearly an HOUR later still waiting on a burrito made correctly according to YOUR MENU. Burrito just came out and still missing ingredients, still no pico or salsa lol , skip this location and find another one!
