  Wish I could give a zero. Waited in a line of six cars for an HOUR. They had no urgency to serve and offered no apologies. Obviously a consistent problem at this location looking at all the reviews— you would think management would take note and improve the business!

  Absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my entire life… 7 cars in line and line not moving an inch for 30 minutes straight.. I go inside, and I am immediate and rudely kicked out with a level of attitude I have never encountered before, from the horrible staff. I am told it’s drive thru only and the inside is not open. Yet, they’re taking orders from 3 people inside as I am standing there.The workers are texting on their phones behind the counter and talking to each other in Spanish and laughing, not working AT ALL. Will NEVER be back to this location. Avoid this location at all costs.. Rude staff, bad service, and the food was cold too when I got it ONE HOUR and 15 minutes later. Let that sink in, it took an hour and 15 min to service 7 cars at the drive thru. Fire these people that don’t want to work. Hire new staff. Get your act together, and try delivering a service slightly above INCOMPETENCE and STUPIDITY.

  Night time service is so slow. I always get told to wait before I pull up next to the window. Next time I get told to wait before pulling up to the window I am definitely pulling up to the window. They control their ticket times by making you wait before pulling up to the window because they are always behind. NO FAST FOOD HERE. Did I mention the inside is always dirty? Drive through service is always 30++ minutes in a line of 6 cars NO THANK YOU! I’ve ordered inside and everyone moves so slow. DO NOT EAT INSIDE!!! It’s dirty and gross and frequently trashed with homeless people. Management at night either has no clue what is going on or they don’t work at night. THE NEXT TIME MY FOOD TAKES 30 minutes I’m calling corporate.

  The food was okay but too salty for my taste. Unfortunately, the bathroom was out of service, and the place wasn’t very clean, which really affected the experience. With better cleanliness and maintenance, this location could be much better.

  This has to be the worst Taco bell in Florida. The staff at night are extremely rude, work extremely slow and always have an attitude. It is so unprofessional to have staff so rude working with customers. The wait after placing an order for dine in is always over 35/40 minutes. And they prioritize drive thru orders. Which also moves extremely slow. They make you wait behind the window at the drive through when the car in-front of you drives away. Not sure what that’s all about but I’m sure in’s not right. Then after waiting there for a while they manically pop your food out the window! It sucks that my kids love Taco Bell and this is the only one near us. Management should really tighten up this ship. It’s falling apart.
