Schade, denn wir mögen Taco Bell eigentlich sehr und hatten uns auf das Essen gefreut. Für einen schnellen Besuch ist diese Filiale aus unserer Sicht nicht geeignet – hierher kommen wir nur, wenn wir viel Zeit mitbringen.

I couldn’t leave because I had already paid and I was being ignored. When they finally came to the window with my order I asked if everything was okay. The man at the window said “ I put a coupon for a free taco in the bag for the inconvenience”… again I asked if everything was OK in there 20 minutes seemed like an excessive amount of time. He said, “we were doing a change over”. Doesn’t that sound like the kind of thing I should have been told about before I paid. If they knew they were about to change over I should’ve been given a heads up I would have to wait 20 minutes in a fast food drive through. I came to the Window took my payment and gave me my receipt. He knew what was going on. He could’ve told me before I paid… but nope… a customers time is of no importance at this fast food restaurant
