    I had a very unpleasant experience here on October 25, 2025, at approximately 5:45 PM, while picking up a DoorDash order. When I arrived, I urgently needed to use the restroom, but the door was locked. I approached the counter and politely said hello to the blonde female employee who was leaning carelessly against the food counter. She didn’t acknowledge my greeting, instead she looked at her coworker as if she was annoyed I was talking to her. Her overall demeanor was completely unprofessional. She carried herself as if she didn’t care that customers were waiting, which created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment from the moment I walked in. She asked if I was picking up, and I said yes, but I also mentioned that I really needed to use the bathroom quickly and I was trying to ask how to get into the bathroom. Before I could even finish my sentence, she kept cutting me off and repeatedly telling me to “confirm the order online.” There was absolutely no clarity in what she was saying. I wasn’t sure why she kept repeating that or what she meant. She wasn’t explaining whether she needed me to confirm the order before I could use the bathroom or anything else. It was confusing, unhelpful, and unnecessarily rude. All I was trying to do was ask a simple question about whether the bathroom was locked, but she wouldn’t let me get a word in or provide any direction. She made no effort to listen or help and acted as if I was bothering her. Her tone and attitude were completely unprofessional which genuinely felt like she was looking down on me or treating me as if I was beneath her. Only later did I realize that she probably wanted me to confirm the order so the restaurant’s time wouldn’t increase on DoorDash, which I completely understand. This is only my second time doing DoorDash so I didn’t realize this was a factor in me confirming the order before the bathroom. However, a simple explanation would have gone a long way. Instead, her rude demeanor, lack of communication, and unwillingness to show basic courtesy made the entire interaction frustrating and unnecessary. Regardless of whether I was there as a DoorDash driver or a regular customer, I still deserve the same level of respect and basic courtesy as anyone else. She didn’t even know for certain why I was there before treating me so dismissively, which makes her behavior even more unacceptable. Eventually, she said she would unlock the bathroom for me after I confirmed the order. She pressed a button and said it should be open, but when I tried to go in, the door still didn’t work. When I went back to the counter, she asked if I didn’t go in, and I told her the door wasn’t working. By that point, I was already frustrated with how rude and dismissive she had been, so I just grabbed the order and left. Everyone else in the store seemed polite, but her attitude stood out as completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Her coworker was kind and helped me confirm the order and told me she’d hold it for me until I came back from the bathroom. No customer or delivery driver should ever be treated this way, especially after being polite and patient. I hope this issue is taken seriously and properly addressed, as this kind of behavior reflects very poorly on Taco Bell and the level of customer service guests should expect.

    Kitchen was very fast preparing the food, polite, and the food was absolutely amazing for being completely sober. By, far the best Taco Bell I've ever been to.

    Soy una persona respetuosa y prudente al hacer un reclamo de un restaurante o cadena de alimentos reconocida del cual nunca se lo hecho hasta ahora. Llego por un pedido a taco bell y le pido el favor al despachador que me preste su baño el cual se encuentra cerrado y solo abre con un control que tienes ellos y tenía un dolor estomacal no dure ni 5 minutos en el baño ya que quería dejar todo limpio como persona que soy, y escucho que había alguien forzado la puerta para abrir y tube que pararme con los pantalones abajo para poder detener la puerta terminó rápidamente de hacer todo y dejar limpio todo cuando abro esta persona que aparece en la foto comienza a golpear la puerta me sentí tan mal por qué cuando abrí la puerta esta persona me gritó en la cara delante de otros trabajadores y manager diciendo que me apurara que estaba en el baño más de 30 minutos cuando nisiquiera era sierto por el tiempo de llegada y me trató muy mal gritándome que tenía que salirme de taco bell por qué ya Iván a cerrar cuando habían aún personas en la sala clientes esperando una orden, decidí no retirar mi orden y cancelarlo por qué la manager y esta señora que pareció en la foto me humillaron delante de otros clientes y personas sacándome de un baño privado y yo con un dolor de estómago. Al parecer sería bueno que Tavo bell tomara asunto en esto ya que esta persona puede tratar mal a otros usuarios en un futuros por qué al final de 30 minutos estando afuera de Tavo bell para escribir era por qué la señora se le terminaba el turno. Creo que no es necesario humillar a una persona que está dentro un baño pasando dificultades de dolor solo por qué esta quiere irse pronto. Cuando esta foto aún en la foto se muestra como ella se burla de lo sucedido con la persona que salió del baño ya que se escuchan risas y se ve la persona como hace el gesto o la actuación de mi
