  Abhorrent service at the drive thru tonight. I placed a mobile order so that my food would be ready nice and quick. When I arrived at the speaker, I was told they could not see my mobile order and that I would have to go back around the entire line. I was stuck waiting until I got to the front, and then had to go through another 20 minute line since the service here is so slow. To top it all off, I waited an additional 5 minutes once I was at the window to actually receive my food. A complete and total waste of my time, which is exactly what I was attempting to avoid. The app says my order was placed, and I had been charged, that means the order is on the screen and should be made. What is the point of making a customer go through the entire drive thru again? I was already charged so I couldn’t leave, but it’s called FAST food for a reason. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would.

  Have to order by kiosk. Very cold atmosphere no real human interaction except when they had you your bag

  We just ordered some tacos and we had Stones in one of them!! I made pictures But I don‘t know how to load them up.

  On 12/24/25 @ 5:15 pm I’ve stopped at this Taco Bell while getting ready to hit the turnpike and travel north for the holidays. Unfortunately, the young lady serving that day had an awful attitude from the moment she took the order. I ignored it. I could understand working the 24th must not be pleasant. However, a mistake was made on the order so we went back to fix the item they got wrong. Politely I told them what happened. Boy oh boy! What an attitude that young lady had. Tried to ignore it again, but she continued. It got worse. She was blowing her nose while getting our food. Gross! At that moment, I did have to call her out and tell her that the attitude was not appreciated. Much less the blowing of her nose when touching food. I just threw it away. It was extremely disturbing. She just closed the window on me and continued with the attitude. I called the store to speak with a manager. Of course she acted like the manager. Save yourself time and don’t visit this Taco Bell. Very disappointing. .
