  I visited this Taco Bell around 2-3 hours ago to pick up an order and witnessed a manager speaking to an employee in an aggressive and openly disrespectful manner in front of customers. The tone was hostile and inappropriate for a workplace setting. I later spoke briefly with the employee, who indicated that this behavior is common and happens regularly. That was honestly concerning to hear. No employee deserves to be treated that way, especially in front of customers. Management should set the standard for professionalism and respect. I hope the store owner or district manager looks into this situation, because this kind of environment affects both employees and customers.

  Dean’s customer service was so great, I had to park immediately and write this review after getting my food. The moment I arrived at the drive through, Dean greeted me so warmly that I could feel his smile through the speaker. This is my favorite Taco Bell to go to because of employees like Dean. He made sure my order was exactly how I asked and helped me with my menu suggestions. Thank you for bringing a smile to my face , Dean!

  Cold food, overcooked mushy rice. Long wait for 1 burrito after ordering on the kiosk, just go in the drive thru, they'll serve you there.
