- VLVette LaVetteJul 20, 20251.0Just went through the drive-through and placed an order that total 47 dollars. Tell me why all of the hard tacos were wet, mushy and made completely wrong. I called and ask to speak to a manager on duty only for him to be rude and disrespectful about the order. He tells me he was the one made the order and that it was 25 minutes ago, when I literally had just received the order. The entire call was just as bad as the food I was given. Not getting an order correct is one thing but to be serving food that’s not eatable and being disrespectful when the customer is simply reaching out about what they were given especially for the price they paid is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional. I asked for his name and/or id number and was told he didn’t have to provide me with it and he didn’t. I indeed reached out to file a complaint and will be following up with it tomorrow as this is a Sunday night. I did want my order to be done correctly but at this point I want a refund and for that rude and disrespectful manager to be held accountable for his awful service.
