Passed up a few sushi places to get here. So anyway I decide to order a dish from the last page while everyone else order sushi and my daughter kids meal. My plate seemed to have been forgotten but I sat patiently while everyone was almost done eating. At one point I really thought they had forgotten. Didn’t complain didn’t ask just waited. Soon as they brought it the bus boy I believe or runner whatever they call him truly was apologetic like really was sorry for the inconvenience. But again I still said it’s fine I get it happens. But here is where they won my 5 stars and made me a new repeat customer. The boy comes back a few minutes later and said he spoke to manager and out of a courtesy they will give me a dessert tai donuts on the house for the mistake. I insisted I was fine and understood but again the kid was super apologetic and very expressive on how bad He felt I had to wait so long. And it was the least they can do. That is what I call customer service at its finest and I’ve work restaurants have managed stores and still do. and have dealt with many trainings of customer service and this kid not even my server that took the order went above and beyond. I even made sure I shook his hand and thanked him for the way he handled this situation. Very professional my hats off to this young man. Thank you you just made a loyal and happy customer for life. words of mouth most of the times does more than any advertising you can pay for
