The customer service in this store is the worse. How can you have the only two employees in the store on break at the same time. Somebody has to serve the customers. The young lady told me I have to wait ten minutes to order because they were on break. I told her no I don’t want anything, she okay have a good day. She didn’t have no compassion for me as the customer.

Absolutely rude employees, in my biased opinion customer service is the crown jewel of the food service industry. The food may get you through the front door, but good customer service is the secret sauce that keeps you coming back. You can tell a customer what is your business policies and procedures, but you can't bark it out the information like you are talking to an idiot. My mother taught me it's not what you say but how you say. A rude delivery will never get the message received or a positive outcome. This employee was passive aggressive while pretending to not have any idea why I was not just upset but done right mad. I will never go into this location again!!!!
